FAQS and Shipping info:
When will you ship my item?
I ship all items from Ireland! I intend to make sure all orders are shipped out within 7 business days of order date. If you need your order by a specific date then please do contact me :)
Customs fees and tariffs
Unfortunately, all parcels are potentially subject to import fees at customs and this is out of my control, it is not a guarantee but can occasionally happen.
If you recieve a customs notice from your local carrier you will be responsible to pay the charges otherwise your item will be returned to us!
U.S customers!! Please note that with new government laws you will have to pay duties and taxes on orders after they are dispatched from us. This is not included in shipping costs and we are not responsible for paying it! :)
What if my package has gotten lost?
If you believe your package has gotten lost then follow the steps listed below:
1. Check the tracking number provided (it is recommended that you purchase tracked shipping)
2. Try contacting your local shipping company with your tracking details.
3. Contact me with your shipment details, I will be able to open an investigation into your order.
4. If your package is marked as officially missing then you will be offered a refund or a replacement.
Do you accept returns?
For Irish customers, you can request a return with a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item, and the refund will be sent within 14 days of me receiving the item back. Please contact me when you would like to do this and I will take you through the steps! :)
For international buyers, I unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the cost of re-delivery is paid. This can either be deducted from your refund total or paid separately. This applies to return requests due to things such as change of mind, not damage.
Do you sell at cons?
I do! I sell in person at cons around Ireland, the UK and Europe. If you would like to know where i'll be next you can always find up to date con updates on my instagram!
I lost my plush adoption certificate.
If you lose the adoption certificate for your plush and would like a new one, please feel free to contact me and I can send you a digital file for you to print out a replacement!
